For my honours degree, I am studying the ecology of planktivorous damselfishes, especially Amblyglyphidodon curacao.  My objective is to explore patterns of distribution as well as habitat dietary preferences at multiple coral reefs.  Further, I am estimating the input of nutrients (espcially ammonia) from fishes to coral reefs, both with laboratory-based experiments and measurements of nutrients in the field.
